New Group CEO joins Dall Group

International and seasoned energy executive, Jørgen Ballermann, has joined Dall Group as its new Group CEO. The Danish green-tech company has recruited him to take the group to the next level and develop its pyrolysis business, while founder Jens Dall Bentzen has chosen to take on the CTO-role.
Energy expert to internationalize Dall Group
The Danish green technology success story – Dall Group – continues its international consolidation with the appointment of experienced energy expert and executive Jørgen Ballermann, who has assumed the role of Group CEO as of April 15, 2025.
“We have been searching for a Group CEO with the right experience and credentials to mature and internationalize our group as well as optimize our profitability and accelerate our growth journey for our core businesses. This is what, we are getting with Jørgen,” says Dall Group Chairman, Carsten R. Lund.
“I look forward to unlocking the potential of Dall Group’s technologies with the management and the employees. The foundation created under Jens’ leadership and with the acquisition of Weiss and BSM, we are in a great position to contribute to the green transition across Europe,” says Jørgen Ballermann.
Founder gets to pursue his passion
Founder Jens Dall Bentzen, the current Group CEO, is thrilled to have Ballermann join Dall Group. Not least because – although it could not be made public earlier – the goal has long been to find a Group CEO from outside the group, allowing the founder to return to his roots.
“After we acquired Weiss and BSM in 2024, I requested to the board that we find a seasoned profile for the Group CEO role. My passion and interest have always been technological development, and with Jørgen Ballermann’s employment, I get to pursue my passion,” says CTO, Jens Dall Bentzen.
